Low stress living but not perfect

Pros: Clean; responsive maintenance & management; decent location (walking distance from parks, grocery market, post office); pretty quiet; a few recent renovations makes the space feel nice; gym

Cons: Ongoing renovations can get in the way and get kind of loud/annoying; parking past 8pm can be stressful; some amenities not included; spacious living rooms but not much storage, kitchen, or bathroom space
