Poorly maintained building
Convenient location if you want to be in East Nashville, but building is poorly maintained and maintenance is hard to get in touch with. We have had issues with the trash and recycling drop-off area never been emptied and overflowing, trash left by people in the hallways that stays there for days, broken call boxes, etc.

Great Amenities, Great Neighborhood
Incredible gym inclusive of a studio, great spaces for socialization (lobby area, rooftop, bocce ball/grills, pool/grills), fantastic neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Downside is no utilities included and mail is routed through a 3rd party company. They delivery straight to your day the day of delivery, however, so it's been a good system - you'll just have two addresses for standard mail and packages.
Price per person is higher than other options but in my opinion very worth the product received.
