Pretty Good Place

Perfect but a Little Pricey

I love this apartment community. The units themselves are new with nice appliances. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood, and there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff are very kind and helpful, and maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly. It's pet friendly and even has a small dog park on the property. There aren't many students who live in the building, which I'm okay with since I am an older student. The building is very secure - you need a key to go everywhere, so I always feel safe. None of the utilities are included (you also have to pay for parking on the premises), so that's probably the biggest drawback. I've lived here all throughout law school, and I love it!

The apartments are pretty large with tall ceilings so it feels like there is a lot of space. Most apartments have a balcony, which is really nice as well. The utilities are not included in the rent, but because it's an apartment, they are very cheap. There is free street parking and the option to pay extra for parking under the building. The building is very safe with good security. It is only a few minute drive to campus and there are multiple bus stops within a few blocks of the apartment. There is also a restaurant/cafe/bar on the first floor, which is very convenient. There is a package room with an Amazon locker to keep packages safe. The management is very responsive and any maintenance is done within 48 hours. The apartment is pet friendly which is also a huge plus. The apartments are relatively expensive for Eugene, but the amenities are worth it. The only downside is that because it's a large apartment building, sometimes there is noise, but it's rare and hasn't been an issue for me.
