Absolutely Amazing Apartment
Link IQ is pricey, but it is 100% worth it! I feel safe living alone; my apartment is new, pet-friendly, and the management is fantastic. Everything is so well made and clean. It is also in a perfect spot across from Incendiary Brewing and other restaurants. My only complaints are the trains and the price.

Link Apartments Innovation Quarter Review

Love Link!
I love it at Link. It's in a great area and I really like having a bit of a drive to and from class.

Highly recommend
The good: The team at the building is responsive and solution-oriented, helping with anything you need but never in the way. Amenities are lovely and maintained beautifully. The residents are respectful, and the apartments offer lots of sunlight and closet space.
The not-so-good: The apartments offer less square footage than other building options: 1 bedroom is alright for one person but a bit tight for a couple. A train passes multiple times daily, and bands host outdoor concerts nearby - noisy at certain times of the day.
Overall: I highly recommend this building.

Highly Recommend
I love living at Link because all of the amenities are always clean, and the staff is very friendly. The location downtown is awesome and I can walk to many breweries and restaurants. Link is very pet-friendly and it is very quiet inside my apartment. The gym is awesome and has a bike studio room.

Best Location in Winston-Salem
This location is ideal for Wake Forest graduate Students. It is immediately adjacent to Bailey Park and the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter. This is great for several reasons, but my favorite is the access to the Wake Forest shuttle to campus. Additionally downtown is all within walking distance and this apartment has A+ management. My only complaint is that since COVID, there has been an influx of Wake Forest undergrads who treat the property more as a frat house than an apartment. Hopefully that will resolve itself when the undergrad can host more students on campus agains

Great Apartment for students!
This apartment is very pet friendly, has great amenities and generally very quiet(great for studying). They are constantly promoting fun activities that have helped create a very unique and fun community. It is in the heart of the innovation quarter, next to Bailey Park. It is very safe and secure!

Outstanding
I was very worried when I came to look at rental properties in Winston. Not many good options. Luckily I saw the Link apartments under construction and was able to secure an apartment. Brand new with modern fixtures, as compared to the rest of Winston-Salem apartments that look like they were last renovated in the 1980's. Even though the amenities are not open yet, my experience has been great. The leasing staff is phenomenal. They know us by our names and plan great events. It is across the street from the Wake Forest innovation quarter, so I am able to take the bus to school everyday, and there's a boom of new restaurants and bars opening nearby
