Leasing office is kind of hit or miss and there are no amenities but for the price it’s not bad.

Gantry living

Living at Gantry has been great! The commute to the school is what sold me on this property. Management is very responsive. The neighborhood is not the safest at times, and the building itself can get dirty with the residences moving around at times.

Great place to live!

The location of Gantry apartments is extremely convenient. Driving 8 minutes to class without crossing a highway is ideal. The space of the units in this complex are also great. The price I say is very reasonable for what you are getting, the building, amenities and finishes are all updated and new or newer. Safety here is not the best, there are still some areas of this neighborhood I would not be venturing out to.
