Ups and downs
It's been up and down. When we first moved in, there was no furnace so we didn't have A/C until they brought a window unit. It was brought after we finished hauling our stuff inside.
Otherwise decent, the gates are frequently broken, but I feel like my family is safe.
Rent feels rather good considering the area. We're nice and close to groceries, zoo, and school
