OK complex, but far from campus

This apartment is not student housing, there are mostly families who live here, many of which own dogs. It can be very noisy sometimes and it is a 18 minute commute without traffic and about 25-35 min commute with traffic (mornings and afternoons).

It is overall pretty clean, but they go up to 3 floors and do not have elevators. You will be responsible for wifi, electricity, and there is no valet trash, but the entire complex is gated.
