Great place
Very nice space that is going through updates and renovations with a change of management. Very centrally located with 7-9 minutes away from campus and right next to great restaurants.

Quiet and chill
I got a unit all the way in the back. It is very quiet with a nice view. There are deer in my “backyard” just about every night. I moved in when Broadway Village was owned by someone else and I haven’t interacted much with the new property management so I can’t offer much insight there. What I can say is that they’re hands off, but available if you have any issues. When I moved in, most of the tenants were either young professionals or retirees—very chill and quiet. The appliances in my unit are a little outdated, but I’ve heard that they updated all the empty units right after I moved in and have been updating them since. There are also tennis and basketball courts that they’ve either just updated or are in the process of updating. Before the updating, very few people actually used the courts. Same with the pools. There are two (maybe three?) pools in the complex, but I rarely see people use them. You’d pretty much have them all to yourself. The new management is also putting in a gym in the office building, but I don’t know where they are with that. Laundry is also available in the office building, but some units may come with a washer and dryer.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the walls are fairly thin. On some nights I could hear my neighbor snoring, but not recently!
