It's fine
I chose to live here because they are pet-friendly, there's in-unit washer/dryer, and they offer their apartments fully furnished. They also have 2 options for studios, I live in the XL which is essentially a one bedroom apartment without a door. There's a pool, 24/7 gym and basketball court, and a shuttle bus to campus. I've never had any issues with management, and I've always experienced efficient help from maintenance. However, the walls and floors are insanely thin. I can hear walking, talking, music, and televisions constantly, which can be annoying for law students looking to study.

Affordable and nice apartment
The apartment is pretty nice considering the cost. You're not near much, but it's nicer that way because there's no random traffic coming through. Repairs get fixed pretty fast. The parking is the biggest downfall because the spots are tight and they don't check to ensure that non-residents aren't parked here.

I enjoy my apartment complex, however it has become too expensive for a studio apartment. Otherwise the amenities, location and everything else are great!

Great Student Community
Short drive to campus and offers daily bus service to Downtown from early mornings to late nights 7 days a week. Lots of Mizzou students and students from nearby schools as well. Management is always helpful and responsive. Includes a pool, basketball court, and a small gym. Apartments have been recently renovated and the appliances are great. Somewhat pricey compared to other locations, but I believe their prices are justified.

dont live here
The apartment is very run down. When I moved in the apartment was not clean and when I complained all they said was - we had it cleaned. There was dirt and cobwebs everywhere. No light in the closet and it is small.

All inclusive but with bad management
This apartment complex is very convenient and close to campus. Rent includes furniture and a shuttle bus as well as all utilities minus electricity. It also includes a gym and pool when open (the Reserve has used Covid as an excuse to close both for almost a year now). Rent is affordable for what you get. All in all it’s an okay place to live but the management is not the nicest and not the easiest to deal with.

The Reserve
The apartment was a lot smaller and definitely in need of renovation. But the atmosphere around the complex is very peaceful and quiet and great for studying. They only asked for one pet deposit even though I have two cats. The maintenance is very timely and the front desk is very helpful. It feels like a very safe area. There's also quite a bit of room underneath the bed, in the closet and pantry. In unit washer and dryer as well. There's a shuttle that goes to campus and it also goes to the store on weekends.

Close to school and groceries
Typical student housing. Grindstone nature trail is nearby which is convenient. Management and maintenance are hit or miss for responsiveness. Neighbors are generally good.
