All around horrible apartment
Roaches, broken doors, 24/7 stench, obnoxious squeaky floors, and management that hardly answers calls, emails, complaints, or follows through on previous promises. Every bad review online is 100% true. The only advantage is the proximity to campus, but that’s about it.

Campus View
Campus View is an older complex and isn't well taken care of on the outside. However, they are renovating the apartments as people move out, and my apartment is fully renovated with new carpet and new appliances. I have a great view and a large balcony. They have also put a new laundry room in the basement of my building. Management is not very responsive.

Roaches!!
I'm so tired of this place that I don't even have the energy to write down everything that has gone wrong. Just avoid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. It's cheap, and you'll see why. Save yourself the headache.

Great choice for grad students
It's a cheap place to live, meaning you get more money to spend if you're on a GTA budget. The apartment is small, but it's not a big deal if you're living alone or with your partner. A lot of families / working adults live here, so it's not noisy when you're trying to get schoolwork done. The only major downsides are: no dishwashers, no in-unit laundry. There's laundry rooms downstairs, and you pay like $3 total to use the machines. Basically, you get what you pay for. I don't have any complaints.
