Terrace Heights
Terrace Heights is great. It is right outside of the law school and a 5-7min walk to downtown or Patteson Str.
The one-bedroom apartments do not include a washer and dryer, however, there are multiple laundry rooms on the premises and they are free to use.

Worst Apartment I’ve Live In
Living at Terrace Heights is a nightmare. They charge way too much for such a terrible place to live. The only reason they can get away with the price is the fact that it’s a two minute walk from the law school. The apartment itself is outdated and there seems to be mold in any place that can get wet. I would not recommend living here. I’m leaving as soon as possible.

Terrace Heights Single Apartment
The unit I have has been fantastic, and the managers are very easy to work with. The outside appears dated, but the apartments have a lot of character. I can walk to the law school in 2 minutes, and I can walk anywhere else I might need (Kroger, fast food, gas stations, law school, the rec center, etc.).

Review
Location is great for the law school and can save you from having to buy a parking pass. The apartments were built around the 1950s and aren’t as modern as most complexes in Morgantown. Location is great for night life. Parking is okay unless you drive a larger vehicle (truck or similar vehicle). If someone is improperly parked in your assigned spot your only recourse is to call the towing company contracted with the Apt Complex but don’t expect your issue to be resolved quickly if at all. I have heard of car break-ins in this area but I haven’t experience any issues. Lastly, the floors creak when people walk around - loud enough to wake you up.

Decent
I love Terrace Heights. It's an old complex so things aren't as shiny and new as you can get them in other places, but the management and maintenance people are great, getting things fixed is a breeze. For the location (right next to the law school) it's great! The only downside is that their website isn't very clear. I signed a lease for a 1BR 1 BTH thinking it came with a washer and dryer. It does not, and many of my neighbors made the same mistake. It's not that big of a deal, there's a free laundry room within the complex, it was just a bit of a surprise realization once I moved in. The website just isn't very clear in general. I was living there almost a month before I realized there's a pool within the complex, but once I found out it was a really nice perk! Overall, I highly recommend if you really want to be within walking distance of the law school.
