Very good

Renters Beware
This should have been a great experience, but it has not been. I will be moving out and I am extremely disappointed with the owner and manager. My rent began at $1350 and I experienced rent increases over a 2-year period. I really don't understand why when they charge you for maintenance. What are you paying for exactly. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. The carpet should have very well been replaced, especially if you are allowing pets. The baseboards were horrid. The plumbing is horrid, and the buildings smell like rotten egg, especially when you turn the water on. The ventilation is scary because you can clearly smell when your neighbors are indulging in herbal substances and burning incense.
Maintenance is a joke, and they are very nonchalant and disrespectful about your personal property when they enter the units. They did a lot of patch work. The shower heads literally look taped on. They painted over rusty blemishes, mildew/mold/grime in the tile on bathroom walls, and the tubs. These units are desperately in need of a DEEP CLEAN! I'm talking floors, walls, appliances, and fixtures.
The appliances are trash. I don't know where they drag these appliances from to replace the ones in the unit, but they are disgusting. They don't even attempt to clean and sanitize them before installing. The units have roaches. No matter how clean you are, they find their way into your unit, usually in the middle of the night. We are very intentional in our cleaning and sanitizing, even buying OTC pest control products. Bengal kept them away, but then you see random ones. We are careful not to leave things out, clean the stove, counters, and tables thoroughly to no avail.
If you tour, look closely, don’t be fooled. They also have neighbors who are lowkey racist. They sent countless emails out last summer complaining about the pool, and grill, and tenant’s guests. It was exaggerated, and I believe certain neighbors didn’t want certain tenants in the pool, or they simply wanted access like it was their personal back yard. We only used the pool twice the entire time. I’m speaking from my experience, and I know there are owners who live out there, and owners who rent their units out. All owners are not created equal, but ours is a “SLUM LORD!”

Very cheap, slightly sketchy
Moved out last year; was a good experience as a single male living with 2 roommates - price worked out to ~330/person/month. No problems with management. Definitely inspect the exact apartment before moving in - apparently ours was nicer than most. Very functional kitchen, though no fancy marble countertops. Good value for a cheap apartment.

Our particular unit has been fantastic. When split three ways, I end up paying ~$370 a month that includes our water and internet. Nice interior with tiled floors, new appliances, nice sink.
