Pretty good for location
I would say that this is definitely a solid one bedroom apartment. The leasing agency is awesome communication wise. The place is definitely over priced for what you get though. There is no central air, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, and the spacing is limited. But it is close to campus and is not gross. I like it but will be moving next year.

Price and Location, but sacrifice others.
The location and price are great, however, you sacrifice amenities, nice features within the apartment, and trustworthy management.

Cheap, good location, limited management
The apartment is cheap, walkable to both campus and downtown. With the cheaper price, you have to deal with slow management and non-accommodating.

Lincoln Station Review
The location of this apartment complex is great, since it's very close to campus, restaurants, and downtown Bloomington. Management is also usually very responsive and is generally good about taking care of maintenance issues. The apartment size is also good for one person. The downsides of the apartment complex is that the parking area is pretty small, and the air conditioning is only in the bedroom area, so the rest of the apartment can get pretty hot during the summer months. The walls are also thin, which isn't too much of a problem, unless you have loud neighbors (but you have the option of making noise complaints to management). If accessibility is a concern, then there isn't an elevator, and there are steps to get to the bottom floor.
