Cosmetic Issues but Great Location

There are several cosmetic issues with our particular unit. When we moved in there were no locks on the doors inside even for the bathroom. We have had problems with our drier and some plumbing issues throughout the whole length of our rental. We have received little and delayed help with these issues. There is new flooring in 2/3 of the rooms, but other than that the unit is dated compared to others in the complex.
