Good enough
Run of the mill housing. Neighborhood is not great, and it's near the big college bars. Rent is cheap, and place is clean. Occasionally have trouble with bugs/mold, but nothing too crazy. Utilities included is a nice addition, Wi-Fi is unusable though. Close to both CATS and LSU bus route.

Decent
I think the units and community are decent. Maintenance is requested through a portal, but it is easy to not have access to it. I personally haven’t had access to it ever so I’ve sent requests by email. However, maintenance is usually quick to come. You do need to keep reminding them though. There have been times where I notified maintenance and they didn’t get around to me until I reminded them again a week or two later.
The complex has wifi but it is very lackluster. It often goes out. The neighborhood can let you set up Cox, but if you’re going to pay for your own wifi, you might as well set up elsewhere.
Otherwise it is a decent place to live. Close to campus about 2 miles away from Lockett. Since electricity is included in rent, I never really worried about using my washer, ac and such too much. I stay home as much as possible, so I feel like it’s worth the price. Pet friendly, but there is a deposit and fee.
Management is nice and understanding of issues. The staff is very amicable and quick to help as well, but they stay busy so you need to stay on top of them.
