Great Location - Old and Expensive
These apartments were built in the 1980s and "remodeled" starting in 2019. You can tell they are structurally old (old windows that let the heat out, old electrical sockets that don't keep anything in, old cabinets and drawers without drawer-glides, etc.), but there is new flooring and cabinet fronts and decently new appliances. It's incredibly expensive because of the location - a cute neighborhood that is close to downtown, but doesn't feel like it.
