Avana Cheshire Bridge reviews and highlights
- limited parking
- very friendly staff
I wouldn't live here again
Don't particularly enjoy the people and it was run poorly in the past. Lots of challenges. New management may be better.

Radius Cheshire Bridge
Overall, very happy living at this complex. The location is about 10-15 minutes to all of the hospitals and is walking distance to some great restaurants and is very close to gas stations, Publix, CVS, etc. It is also in a safe part of town. Management is overall responsive to any maintenance issues. Guest parking is abundant. The price is also less than what most Atlanta apartments are. Also the property is now called Radius Cheshire Bridge.

Good area, but noisy
This complex is in a very convenient area, but due to club noise nearby, it's less than ideal. Maintenance and office staff are responsive to requests. Gym is standard. Trash valet service is great. Parking can fill up quickly, but there is a deck for visitors/overflow.

Small Nice Apartment
I have only been there for two months but the space is really nice and affordable. It is small but feels like new and is very cozy. I have not had many problems but recently our apartment because home to ants as well. The complex itself is really nice and feels safe but the area around it isn't the greatest. However, it is very conveniently located to midtown and buckhead.

Works for some
For me, this apartment is great because it is close to school and a bike shop. The two things that I absolutely need within walking distance. But it isn't really close to anything else. Near a lot of strip clubs and the bars aren't neighborhoody. There's a taco place nearby and a Publix, but the street isn't super safe, so I don't feel comfortable walking alone if I have to go pick something up after dark. The entrance gate is also broken a lot so even though it's a gated community, anyone can just walk in. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful and things get done quickly when you put in a request. Only seen one roach and none since they sprayed. They gym is really small and outdated, but at least there is one.

Bell Cheshire Bridge
I love the location of this apartment complex. It's close to Lindberg, Piedmont Park, Brookhaven, Midtown and Downtown, but I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for rent. The apartment layout is modern and spacious, my apartment overlooks a river, washer and dryer IS included, and management is always extremely helpful. The area on Cheshire Bridge is a little iffy, but I feel safe in my community and will continue to renew my lease.

Not Enough Value
After signing the lease the apartment we were shown was not impressive. For example there was paint over mold in the bathrooms instead of a deep clean. No microwave or overhead lights in the rooms or living room. The security gate has been broken at least once a month. The outdoor pet area has been closed for over a year due to a sink hole. We were told when leasing the apartment it would be fixed summer of 2015 - it was not. There aren't many social activities to get to know your neighbor. Parking is like most apartments with lots of units rented - not great but you can at least find a spot. For what we are paying I would have expected more detail when flipping the apartment between renters, better security with the gate being fixed immediately, and a pet area.

Pretty Decent
Office Staff was better when I was a brand new resident. Honeymoon phase is over. Decent, relatively safe. Nice dog walk. Wish there was slightly more storage.

Nice escape
The peaceful creek and dog walk full of trees and plants make it a great escape after a long day a work. Decent location close to many things. Not the best street, but it's safe, just not pretty. Only downside, parking is a little limited. Pretty helpful staff. Service requests always get taken care of quickly.

Great place for students and young professionals
We just moved from this property after 5 years (we bought a house, no issues with the property). Maintenance always came within 24 hours to fix any issue, and they were quick to replace an appliance if it couldn't be repaired. Grounds were always cleaned daily, rarely any litter or trash on the premises. Leasing staff and management were excellent and very responsive to resident concerns/complaints. Easy access to all major interstates, and very close to Decatur, Buckhead, Midtown, and downtown.
