2720 W Cortland

I really enjoy this neighborhood. Recently there has been an increase in violence spilling over from Humboldt Park but I have never felt threatened. Great neighborhood with lots of friendly dog walkers and a short jaunt from the now booming milwaukee strip and up and coming Armitage restaurant row.

Good value

I've lived here for a couple of years. I have had a roommate live in the smaller (no windows) bedroom and currently live alone. It is a little small for 2 people but a good size for one. I love the location. It is important to me to be close to the CTA as I do not own a car. The neighborhood is great and i see many people out walking dogs which i enjoy because it give me time to interact with them and also my dog gets some socialization.
