Very great experience. Nice that pretty much everything is included in the rent!

Good, but poor management
The space itself is really nice. I didn't know anyone before coming to Duke, so it was good that Blue Light leases by the room. The management, however, leaves plenty to be desired. If you ever have a problem, good luck to you finding someone to fix the issue.
You might have issues with noise if your unit is on the top floor by the clubhouse or if you live below the work out areas.

Great place to live in Durham, close to Duke Law.
Great furnished apartments and amenities with a shuttle service direct to Duke Law School and Fuqua Business School all day long.

Pricey but very comfortable / convenient
It is great but on the pricey end. If paying 1500 for half the unit is within the budget, then I recommend it. There are other cheaper options.

Fine experience
It is like a Hotel. The pro is location. Close to east campus. A 15 bike ride to west campus and 2 blocks away from 9th street
The cons: many issues with wifi. Somehow noisy if you live close to the rooftop

Nice, safe place to live at
Its pretty great living here. Its right near ninth st so is super convenient. I've never had issues with security here.You have buses in the day and duke vans in the night so don't worry about transportation. East campus is also just a 10 minute walk away. Amenities are good, utilities are another ~$30 per month. Rent it a little pricey but if you can afford it, please do consider living here.
