Quiet suburban living right outside of Philadelphia

Spacious apartments located in Cherry Hill, NJ, just a walk from Historic Haddonfield and a brief drive or train ride to Center City. Amenities include pool, gym, clubhouse access, fire pits, public grill/BBQ space, bicycles. Area is quiet and is minutes from Costco, Acme, Shop Rite, as well as the Cherry Hill Mall. A lovely garden center is right across the street. Tenants are wonderful neighbors and range from medical students to retirees.

Great Place to Live

The units are nicely done, especially in comparison to other rental properties in the area. Any maintenance issues were swiftly handled. They have assigned parking to make life simple. They have great amenities - dog park, pool, grill, bocce ball court, pool table, gym, etc.
