Green space perk

Overall it's a good apartment complex with a large green space. It's near transit so it is easy to get to school and downtown internships. We have never had any major issues in the three years we have lived here and management has always been very quick to provide assistance when needed.

Affordable + updated living near campus

This apartment is below the market price for the university area and the units are very spacious! The management company was very quick on repairs and it was great having a pool.

Red Peak Colorado Station

Colorado Station is a short walk to school (less than a mile), is in a safe neighborhood, is quiet, has great floor plans, and a very responsive management/maintenance team. They have handled COVID impressively well by consistently articulating expectations and communicating what they are doing to protect residents. Office management likes to organize events every so often. For example, a few times a month, they will bring food trucks out, have free coffee days where they set up an espresso bar, and have contests for residents to participate in. Pre-COVID, it was not uncommon for management to organize social events as well. The rent is not super cheap, but for the location, safety, access to the lightrail, and courteous/quiet community, it's worth it.
