Pace Apartments

I really enjoy living at Pace. The apartments are newly constructed and feature a sleek, modern design. Most of the upper-level units will have a great view of the mountain ranges. My neighbors are wonderful, although I have observed a relatively high turnover of tenants. The lobby offers complimentary access to an espresso bar, snacks, and water. Additionally, there's a fantastic clubhouse that boasts a board meeting room featuring frosted walls that you can write on with markers. The clubhouse also features a TV area, and a few tables where you can work away from home. While the gym is somewhat compact, it does provide enough equipment to have a productive workout. Although Pace is classified as a luxury complex, I wouldn't categorize it as a high-end luxury apartment community.

Pace is nearly brand new and very clean. Never seen a bug here. Apartments have great finishes, awesome natural light in every unit. The area is not particularly walkable due to trafficky roads (there are sidewalks though) but you are surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Location is convenient, easy to hop on the 215, although school is approx. 25 min drive. They are pet friendly. Lower units are ADA accessible but there are no elevators which is quite unfortunate. Units that directly abutt Ft. Apache (all 1BR I believe) have significant street noise but you learn to tune it out. I lived in a 1BR my 1L year and it was fine for my cat and I, but had to get a 2BR when my partner who works from home moved in with me. The 1BR rate is kind of outrageous but the rate for a 2BR seems lower than market average, especially for the quality of these units. Each unit only has one assigned spot, additional vehicles must park in uncovered open spots but there are always plenty. The complex is small, only about 200 units, so it’s really easy to navigate/have friends over. It isn’t gated, which I personally prefer. Amenities are well maintained and luxurious. The Peleton (which of course I don’t actually use lol) and the pool/outdoor fire places and grills (which I do use) are what sold me, along with the two free beers a day whenever the leasing office is open are what sold me on this place. The leasing office conference room has a big whiteboard and is a great place to take class or study for finals, just keep in mind you have to get out when the property managers leave for the day! Maintenance is incredible and quick. One time I forgot to leave a key for my catsitter while on a camping trip and placed a frantic maintenance order. Got a call from Daniel (lead maintenance guy) 5 mins later reassuring me he could make a copy of my key and leave it under the may, no problem. This place checks all the boxes for me!!!

Pace apartments is a great luxury complex! The gym has Peloton bikes with free membership for residents, and various other machines that allow for a full-body workout. There is a park for kids, pool, movie room, and a dog park (I think). There is valet trash services. Plenty of parking! And best of all, the lobby has free snacks and beverages, which is super convenient.

I love my apartment complex, it’s brand new and the furnishings are very nice. The amenities are great too. It’s in a quiet part of town but everything you need is accessible within a block or so! Kind of a trek from school but 215 isn’t so bad.
