The management here really made this a great place to live. All the common areas were cleaned daily, so the halls and gyms were super clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and makes sure to learn who the residents are, which helps with getting mail and security. They also have full time maintenance staff, so it was easy to get stuff fixed when I needed it. They have different apartment layouts, and some are definitely better than others, but overall the safety and cleanliness of the building seems to be above all the others I've been in in Collegetown.

My apartment is amazing. I love it. It is steps from campus (3 min to law school, 6 min to Sage / MBA business school), across the street from college town bagels, surrounded by lots of other restaurants, has a gym, laundry and a convenient front desk service.

It also has lots of space, is quiet and has a luxurious feel with nice furniture, marble countertops and so forth.

The bus also stops at the door if you need to go to Ithaca Commons or farther away on campus.

My favorite part of living here is the service. Although you all might not think so, having Barb at the front desk not only makes me feel safer but also more at home! The only downside is on Tuesday nights, Ithaca Beer Co is quite crowded, and it can be noisy.

My property doesn't have any windows that open so that is pretty bad. And also the walls are very thin so I can hear next doors having parties. Location is great and other amenities are pretty good.

Pro -
-Location - The building is a 3 min walk from the law school and located in Collegetown for food, groceries, bus stop, etc. There's a convenience store (7/11) right below the building that is also open late.
- Fully Furnished with TV, sofas, wifi, etc. -
-Place was brand new. Everything was unused and just constructed in 2021

Con -
-Lots of sunlight from windows, but they do not open
-Issues with their mail concierge system - Luxor
-Price per sq/ft
-Elevator use requires a physical key because there is no key required to get into the lobby. This is the biggest inconvenience
