Uptown Charm
Beautiful old well kept and updated New Orleans apt building with a very nice land lady. No pets and fully furnished with nice furniture. Gated parking which is unheard of for this area. One block off Napoleon where major parades run for Mardi Gras. Great location and can walk to many restaurants or shops. Land lady exclusively rents to medical personnel/students and keeps rent very cheap considering how great the location and upkeep of the building is.
