Not much sunlight on our side of the apartment (closest to the trash)

Valet trash ($35), parking inside building ($160), annual facilities ($500 for gym), pet fee ($500 annual + $50/month). Utilities ($4.65) and water usually $30 a month. Must set up own wifi (Verizon Comcast compatible) and electricity (PSE&G).

Rooftop pool, library with printer, 2 other lounge areas for residents on ground floor. Can borrow wheeling rack to move in or large packages.

Package service is provided via Package Concierge.

Gym is cleaned daily. Apartment made in 2017 (?) and is kept in great condition and clean. Has monthly events for resident wellness including Halloween pet costume competitions, festive door decorating competitions.

10 minute walk from train station, across the street from Dunkin donuts, George street. 13 minute walk to hospital.

Good amenities, a little noisy

The Quincy is an ideal set up with a gym, printing lab, lounge, pool, dog park, and BBQ deck. The problem is their ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT management. Truly, this is one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever dealt with between made-up charges, monthly "screw-ups", and hours wasted proving the legitimacy of my issue I am fed up with this place. If it weren't for the comfort, proximity to everything, and upscale comforts of the Quincy I would have moved by now.

The Quincy is great for convenience (gym downstairs, pool and barbecue grills upstairs, dog walking area, package lockers, trash pick up) and the staff is really helpful. Definitely rent with a roommate; it's a little pricey if you were living alone, but splitting with another person makes it really affordable. The parking garage is attached to the building, and every door has key fob access (including your apartment). It has great study spaces in the building, and it's right off of George St., so there are lots of places to take a study break. During morning rush hour, it never takes me more than 10 minutes to get from my parking garage to the school parking lot, which is really nice for in person activities.
