Rent controlled Berkeley apartment walking distance to campus
I've lived at my apartment for over 3 years now. I love the space; it's the perfect size for my partner and I. We have an amazing landlord and building manager. The price is very reasonable for the area and because it's a rent controlled apartment, I am confident that the price will not go up every year. I love how close it is to campus; only ~15-20 min walk to Minor. The only downside is the noise. It was fine during the pandemic. However when a lot of the students came back, our neighbors in the apartment complex next door have been very loud.
