Crossgates

For the most part, my experience has been great. Besides issues with neighbors and some management situations, i have loved it.

Quiet place for the grad student

Lived here for 5 years. One bedroom used as a study/library. The property is recently renovated rents have gone up dramatically and more families live in the property. Always received prompt response to maintenance requests. Only experienced a few one day or less internet outages. Utility costs seemed reasonable.
