Good place to live, convenient location
This is a great location, especially if you plan on walking to class. There are many other medical and graduate students that live in this area.

Good place to live, convenient location
The management isn't the most helpful but everything else is good and I would live here again.

Close to campus and convenient
I like living at Midtown Apartments because it is so close to campus and very convenient. If you are able to find a roommate it is a very affordable option for medical students who like to have the option to walk to class without paying for a parking permit at K-lot. My walk is one mile exactly to class and take me a little under 20 minutes. I also have a campus meal plan so I can stay on campus to study after class.

Great Location and apartment, poor management
The apartment itself and its proximity to campus is excellent. Modern appliances, in unit laundry, a pool in the complex, and a small fitness center. The location is nice, pet friendly, with good greenspaces. The management company leaves a lot to be desired. They no not respond to maintenance request without significant effort. I have had to call multiple time a week for month to get them to fix major appliances such as the laundry, plumbing, and issue found on move in. If you avoid major maintenance issue, this is a great location.

Not the Best
Like I said in the title it is enough to get you by, but it is by no means a place I would want to continuously live in. I'm glad it's a 1yr lease because of this. When I first moved in there were toilet issues and a water leak that was destroying the roof of on of the rooms. My toilet also took like 10 work orders until someone fixed it. There are bugs everywhere and when I sleep I sometimes feel uncomfortable because it kind of just feels gross. Again it is not the worst but also not the best this doesn't matter to me as much since I study on campus from 9m till bedtime most days.

Love Midtown!
I have lived here for 2 years now and really love it. I have plenty of space and the appliance and furnishings are up to date. The staff is nice and maintenance comes in an adequate amount of time. It is a 20 minute walk to the hospital. Recommend for sure!

Nice, close apartment complex
Pretty good overall, it is definitely a college complex with a mix of under and post grad. Parking always available close to your unit. Gym is small but has most machines. Small pool, though can get crowded. Occasionally noisy on game nights, but not too bad. Pet friendly, central area for dogs to play. Maintenance responds decently quickly. Management has been renovating apartments over the past couple of years so all should be updated by now.

Good place
Been here for M1 and M2, we renewed the lease to be here next year as well. I knew my roommate before living here, and have enjoyed the property so far. I like the building I'm in as it is slightly separated from the main complex of units, and parking has never been an issue. It is animal friendly which costs extra (obviously), but overall is a good place to live if you're a student.

Budget Friendly
Spent two years living at Anderson Communities and they weren't the most responsive in terms of maintenance/sanitation issues. There was often construction going on, and my roommate and I were actually *asked* to switch units in the middle of the school year so that our previous unit could be updated. The apartments have a small gym and small pool, which is a nice perk. Very good location for school (~20 minute walk to the hospital), and budget friendly overall, but be prepared for some maintenance issues or mice. No cameras on the property, and there were multiple cars broken into right outside the apartment.
