GOOD

The apartment is in good condition and is quiet. The price is high for international students who do not have income in the US.

Overpriced but convenient

Considering the fact we pay 1800 for a one bed room, I had high expectations. I don't know if it's a Florida thing but the apartment has a pest issue (specifically ants, drain gnats, and I've seen three palmetto bugs in my apartment). I am a very clean person, I don't leave food out and I vacuum daily so it's definitely a building issue. Also the building will randomly have fire alarm malfunctions which are annoying. Lastly, if you are a graduate student be prepared to live amongst undergraduates who party and are disruptive. Thankfully the walls are thick, but it's still annoying. The location is the saving grace of this place. Realistically these apartments should be no more than 1500 a month.

Good but noisy

I like living here, the price matches what you are getting. However choose carefully where you pick, it’s very noisy near the pool.
