Lantana review

The apartment is closer to campus (10 min walk). The rooms are great. Only flaw is the building is very old but so far I've not faced any issues

Affordable Housing close to campus!

Pros:- 5 minutes walk to campus. Very helpful when you are in 1st year!!
Cons:- Relatively older property.

Conveniently located: great for UT students

Management company responds quickly to tenant needs. What could be improved upon is enforcement of rules. For example, keeping glass containers and dogs out of the pool area (I've often found broken glass in and around pool).
