Penstock Quarter is about 7-10 minutes from campus.

It is near Libbie Mill, which is a growing shopping area with a Target, book store, pet smart, and more. The apartment complex is a walking distance from Starbucks, Wawa, a nice restaurant, and bar. The amenities include a parking garage, a pool, a great courtyard, a gym, and a business center.

There is some construction noise since there are some shops on the first floor, but the leasing office typically notifies residents if there will be a distrubance.

If you have a pet, this is a great place! There are lots of amenities for pet owners, and lots of green space to walk around in the neighborhood.

I love living at Penstock! The leasing office staff is super kind, dependable, and resourceful. The other residents in the building are also very kind - lots of students. The distance from the University is just around 10 minutes. Everything you could possibly need is quickly accessible. There is a public library literally a two minute walk away from the building.

Penstock is clean, safe, and close to everything you could ever want/ need. There are beautiful, updated amenities and appliances, but management can be slow to respond to issues.

Penstock Quarter Apartments are great! The management company is very responsive, there are a lot of things to do and places to try out all within walking distance. Additionally the apartments and amenities are modern and bright.

the building is new and kept cleaned. the walls are not too thin, but there are a lot of dogs in the building that can be heard sometimes. doors and elevators are locked by key fob at night, so it is fairly secure. the main elevator has a tendancy to be out of order and there have been 4 false fire alarms in the last 6 months.
