Large studio with crown molding and french doors close to public transit, dog park/beach, lake shore path, grocery stores, restaurants and Lakeview. Management is helpful and neighbors are friendly. Lots of people in the neighborhood have animals and are nice.

Affordable, very mixed building
This building is affordable for what you get (love that utilities are all included), but do know it's a super mixed building. Some students, young professionals, lower income folks, older folks, etc. Laundry is in the building, which is great, but parking sucks. Have to street park, but definitely don't park on Sheridan (I got side-swiped my first week). Deb, the manager, is really great if you're nice to her though!

Apartment Review
I love this apartment building. I found it on yelp and moved in blind. I honestly have not regretted one thing. The management is very good and takes care of their tenants, the price is reasonable, and the apartments are very nice and well kept.
