Highly recommend!
I have been living here close to a year now, and after many horrid experiences at past apartments I can say this is my favorite place to live in Indy so far! The leasing office staff has been very accommodating and they always host events for residents to be able to spend time together. Maintenance team comes right away when a work order is submitted and do a great job. In addition, the complex has its own gate around the entire property and an additional one when parking, making it feel very safe. It is filled with graduate students and younger people in the workforce so the volume remains very low. The location is prime because it is downtown and still walkable to most attractions. Finally, the price is not comparable for the quality, location, and amenities the apartment provides. Internet and parking are both included which is rare to find downtown (knowing from experience). I have recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so!
