Love

I love it here! Very quiet and safe. Good walking distance to Mass Ave, 10 minute drive to school. Free street parking outside. There is a gym but it’s pretty small. I have cats, a lot of people here have dogs. Management is nice.

Nine Eighteen

The good: street parking, really close to Mass Ave and downtown, close to the Garage and Bottleworks area, diverse neighborhood, easy access to public transit, good views from balcony, gave me a deal because I am an IUPUI student, secure building with an app that lets you unlock the building doors for guests from your phone. Bike lock up. Secure package room.

The bad: property manager is never here because the company is based in Bloomington, the walls are thin, fire station right across the street so it’s loud.
