Cheap and Close to BU Med Campus

While Dorchester has higher crime than other Boston neighborhoods, such as seedy characters around Andrew Station after dark, the rental prices are accordingly cheaper. This property's location is close to the BU Medical Campus with direct bus routes from the nearby South Bay Mall that offers restaurants and retail stores.
