The Vista Apartments

Recently renovated apartment with good and responsive service from management.

The apartment complex is active with families of all backgrounds. Parking is not assigned but is first-come-first-served, which can make finding close parking a struggle sometimes. The rent is a bit high for the space provided especially since wifi/electricity/gas is not included in the rent. The very close distance to campus is the best part of this complex. Numerous students live in this complex or in the other properties nearby. Noise is not often an issue but has the potential to be annoying if living underneath particularly heavy-footed neighbors. Management is very responsive to issues regarding pests or maintenance concerns.

My experience at Vistas has been pretty good. Management here is respectful and really responsive to any concerns or work that needs to be done in the unit. I think the rent is fair for what you get. the only thing is im not crazy about the washer and dryer they provide but there is a laundry room in every building unit you can use with a card they provide.

Apartment has good location. Lots of kids around depending on the building you live in. Overall, nice ap especially the two bedrooms with in unit laundry.

I have really enjoyed living at the Vista for the past 2 years. I hardly ever hear neighbors in my first floor apartment. I find the 1 bedroom apartment to be spacious enough for myself, a cat, and a dog. Maintenance has been responsive although I have had very few maintenance issues. I like how quiet the neighborhood is and I also feel safe here.
