Three months review

Except for an above average rental fee, you can enjoy a clean evironment and two pools combined with two spas in each housing place run by Irvine Company. You will have a personal garage, but it is a little bit hard to park. Just 5 mins walk, I can reach Target (a large American supermarket). Within 5 mins walk, I can reach Peet's Coffee, Game Stop and a bunch of resturants. Still, it is not easy to buy some Asian stuff. I need to ride my bike for over 10 mins to reach ranch 99. By the way, I have to spend 30 mins biking to school.

Santa Rosa

Very clean and modern complex with nice pools and a small gym. It's very quiet which makes it nice for studying. It's also a gated community so it is very safe. Comes with one garage and one additional parking space.
