The weird looking high rise in Central West End

From the outside, the building looks like shards of glass stacked on top of each other.. pretty hard to miss! It’s pricey, but well worth it. The building is brand new and luckily I got a move-in special on rent because the building had just opened and they were looking for new tenants. The units are spacious & modern with floor to ceiling windows and open concept floor plans. The building has a pool, fitness & business/conference center, fire pits, 24 hour front desk, covered garage parking (for a fee), and more. Location is great — one block away from Whole Foods in CWE, literally right across the street from Forest Park, and feels very safe. Again, it is pricey, and thus there aren’t a lot of students that live in the building. It seems to be mostly folks their late 20s/early 30s & up, but everyone is very kind and it’s super pet friendly!
