Fine for now, would not stay long term

The apartment is in a great location. I also like the high ceilings and wood floors. On the down side:
- The walls are quite thin, so we often deal with noise issues
- The rental company is not very responsive
- There is no in-unit laundry, there are coin operated laundry rooms on each floor
- Parking is extra
