Quiet and Kind Management
Love it! It is a bit far from campus for anyone who does not have a car, but it has been perfect for me.

Holiday Apartments Review
Does not have in-unit washer/dryer or hookups but laundry room does take credit cards/pay via app. Does not have gym.

Great Overall
Clean, safe, quiet, close to turnpike, allows small pets with a $15 fee, responsive management when there are maintenance issues. I've lived here for a couple years now and my rent increased for the first time this year but only by $20 per month. I think it is pretty affordable overall but the utilities can add up since none of them are included. The apartment is nothing fancy, pretty basic, but in good condition. Not close to anything exciting, pretty out of the way and quiet, but that's what I like. Lots of other grad students I think. Nice large closet in bedroom, but kind of lacking for other storage. Central air, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is a small pool that rarely gets used except for the few kids that live on the property. NO laundry in unit, but there is a laundry room that takes quarters or you can pay with an app.
Overall I've been really happy here and haven't had any issues at all. My only complaint is that the bus line to campus doesn't service this area even though campus is only about a mile and a half away. The only way to get to campus is to drive, which is frustrating because of the absolutely insanely unreasonable cost for parking on campus.

Reasonably priced quiet community
I have lived here less than a year (from Remington Square), and I have been very happy. The units are older so there is some cosmetic damage to my unit, but the management has been very responsive to all my maintenance requests for functional repairs. The complex is close to I-70 and the hospital but it super quiet and feels very homey. The residents range from families with small children to single young adults living alone. If you don't care about a ton of amenities or a newer complex this is a great place to live.

Quiet, Safe, Clean, Good Value
I've had a good experience here, and plan to live here throughout my entire PhD. It is out of the way but close to most things in town, and close to the turnpike. My apartment is nothing fancy, but it is newer, clean, quiet, and safe. The rent is affordable but there are no utilities included at all. I pay an extra $15/month on top of rent to have a cat. The most annoying thing is that there is no in-unit laundry, but there is a laundry room on the property that you pay for with an app. Management responded quickly when I had a maintenance request. It has central air, which is great. I'm happy with the place overall, it is perfect for a grad student budget.
