Just Don’t.

Rent is high for a 1br/1ba that’s actively falling apart. Parking is technically included, but they might “accidentally” tow your permitted car twice. They took away recycling bins for months at a time. Maintenance requests are not always handled on time/appropriately. They will insist on showing your unit to prospective renters even during finals week and a pandemic and will leave your front door unlocked multiple times. There is no management in the leasing office, and you’ll be given a major run-around. They will try to keep your security deposit illegally.
