Good Space
This is a good space with walkable access to Trader Joe's, Costco, and the other Stonefield Shops. Management can be difficult to contact sometimes, and we had a death in the building they did not inform people of, but other than that they are good. Much more responsive than our prior living arrangement to our concerns

Building is nice, management is mediocre
The building itself is quite nice. The units are new, spacious, and modern, and the building itself is very quiet (I have a top floor unit, but I think I've only ever heard my neighbors once in four months of living here). There's carpeting in the bedrooms, but nice hardwood laminate in all common areas. Appliances and furnishings are stainless steel and the wall colors are a nice neutral white/tan. Our unit in particular has an incredible amount of windows, so we have wonderful natural lighting. The location is also wonderful, which is a huge plus.
The parking lot is large, but spaces tend to fill up quickly (despite what the building promises, I'm not convinced that there are enough free parking spots to meet the needs of the building when it's fully occupied). There is a small gym, but it's only got the bare minimum equipment. The package system is abysmal, and packages are usually littered all over the mail area, but thankfully the building's residents are honest and I've never had or heard of stolen packages, even when they've sat there for days/weeks. Multiple buildings in Charlottesville offer pools, but unfortunately this building does not.
Management itself is probably the biggest con about this building. It took them nearly two months and multiple attempts to fix my broken microwave before they finally replaced it, and about three weeks to replace my broken dryer. If you don't email or go into their office regularly to follow up about issues, they will ignore your problems - basically, you have to be a squeaky wheel in order to get anything done. This isn't necessarily their fault, because it's clear they're understaffed. There are only two people managing a building of probably 100+ units, which in my opinion is unsustainable.

It is really nice and close to a lot of restaurants, trader joes, and the movies!

I would likely move
It was nice for my first year however, the management is often unavailable and disorganized. Parking outside is free but after about 8pm it's nearly impossible to get a spot and the lighting outside is pretty bad and unsafe.

We've had a good experience, overall. Construction was completed in early 2022, so the building and amenities are new, including appliances, gym equipment, etc. Covered parking requires an additional monthly fee, but there is plenty of on-site parking in uncovered lots that is free for residents. The building is within walking distance of the Shops at Stonefield, which includes several restaurants, a movie theater, retail, and a grocery store (Trader Joes). It's about a 5-10 minute drive from the UVA law school.

Great
very convenient place -close to supermarket (Trader Joes, Costoco), fancy restaurants and lawn (little children can ran) and small park.
There are two elevators in the building. For family who have a stroller, it is very convenient.
The bad point is that water temperature is a little low and its pressure is weak.

Great place and location
My experience has been great. I rarely hear any of my neighbors, and management is nice. My only suggestion would be a bit more cleaning in the hallways and elevators, but it is much better here than at other places I’ve lived. The location in the Stonefield complex is also great.
