It’s amazing here
The apartment building is fairly new, super clean, and community focused!

Fantastic location, new facility, numerous amenities, a little expensive
My partner and I have lived here since the building first opened in January 2021. It is perfectly located for UVA graduate students, and although it is a 10-15 minute bike ride to the Law School, that distance is important when you need space from your coursework and law student life. The location is perfect for going downtown or going to Central Grounds. I am nervous about how rent may increase under the new rental management company, so beware if rent increases or seems higher than average for Charlottesville. You are paying for brand new facilities and appliances, yet high rent is not worth it.
