Great apartment complex
I really like the complex; it's very well-kept and is very homey!

I love The Hub.
Most of us students are living here, which is nice. There is a large pool with a hot tub, as well as a decent gym. There's also pickle ball courts. It is also very clean and very safe. It is about ten minutes from the school.

The Hub
The Hub is a great place to be. Many students in my class live here, which makes it easy to get connected. The leasing staff is great to work with and the amenities are fantastic.

Hub! Hub! Hub!
Most med students at UK BG live at the Hub, and for good reason. Management has been great, the buildings are all very new and well-kept, and the amenities make you feel like you’re on vacation. There’s so much green space and it’s within walking distance of the Loops walking trail. My puppy loves the dog park and the hammocks in the reading garden. The apartments are spacious, aesthetically pleasing (built-in bookshelves!), and come with plenty of storage areas. My only complaints are that it’s a bit pricey and farther from campus than some of the other options. Overall, I definitely recommend the Hub!

The perfect place!
I toured many apartment complexes around Bowling Green and was originally hesitant to commit to the Hub because it is a bit more expensive than the other options. I didn't want to fall into the trap of paying more in rent for access to amenities that I wouldn't use. The Hub has been the perfect spot for me, though. It has a wonderful dog park, lots of greenery, two very nice gym options, a clean and relaxing pool, pickleball courts, and easy parking. It is situated right next to the Loops at Lovers Lane, which is a great spot for a walk or run. It has met all of my needs and exceeded my expectations. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a common business room with access to a printer, however, I don't find that I need a printer nearly as much as I expected to so this isn't much of an inconvenience. Here's a tip: try to get the top floor because many of my peers have struggled studying at home while people are walking around in the apartment above them.

Love The Hub
So far I have loved living at the Hub. It has a great sense of community, is always extremely clean, and feels very safe. Only complaint is that maintenance requests sometimes take a while to be completed, but that is expected since there are so many residents.

Pricey
The Hub is a good apartment complex with great amenities but it is expensive in comparison to the other options around. It is a good option if you don't mind paying extra for newer apartments and better amenities.

Apartment review
Very safe, quiet. Nice amenities, pool, gym, steps from Lovers Lane Loops. Is on more expensive side but I have had no issues, management always prompt and helpful, maintenance always follows-up. They have events for Christmas, Halloween, etc. Have food trucks often, events at the pool like concerts, yoga.
