Great place, close to school
The property managers take care of everything in a timely manner. The street side (sixth ave.) first floor apartments are really close to the road and are noisy, but people on second floor say it they don’t notice. 10-15 minute walk/3-4 minute drive to school. Pet friendly. Garages available for extra cost. I can hear the people upstairs walking. Lots of stuff fun within walking distance.

Highly recommend
Excellent apartment in excellent location. Located within a 15-minute walk to the school, hospital, and downtown. Took away a start just because the property management company isn’t always the best and they raise the monthly rent about $60 every year. I should mention it’s right by the fire department so you hear those sirens frequently.

Close to school and good place to live
The apartments are very spacious and have updated amenities. The parking is nice (no garage), and I am only a ten minute walk from school and the hospital. It's within walkable distance (15 minutes) from the downtown square where bars and Spencer's coffee shop are located. There is a gym on the other side of the parking lot (membership not included in rent). It's expensive, but if having it close is important to you, it's worth it. My biggest problem with the apartment is the community. There have been problems with people not picking up after their pets either outside or when they have an accident in the stairwell or the hallways. Sky Property management is not the best, but also not the worst. They are the dominant management company in Bowling Green, so they do raise rent every year. Maintenance does respond fast to calls, but sometimes will not try to fix the problem - rather just come up with a temporary solution. They will not plow or salt the parking lot if it snows or ices so you may be stuck inside if that happens. It does require a code unique to you to get in which adds a little to security.
