Great building with ideal location, walls are thin

The apartment is in an ideal location. The management company is superb. The cost is on the more expensive side, but right off Walnut street. My only complaint is that the walls are thin. If you have average hearing, it should be okay. If you have excellent hearing, I would live somewhere else.

Great place to live and convenient transportation to campus

Very easy access to public transportation because I am right on fifth ave. Very close to walnut street (nice restaurants and shops)!

One downfall is parking behind the building is expensive and we are not close to street parking.
