755 Broad Apartments

You get what you pay for - we have very attentive, responsive maintenance. We have rooftop pool/hot tub and a gym area. It’s very safe and comfortable, but yes it is one of the pricier places to live. I can walk to class and downtown if going out.

Location is amazing. Unit is very small. Maintenance has been iffy. Pool is really great but other amenities are severely lacking. Gym is terrible, no room for floor mats and the only equipment besides dumbbells (30lbs) and cardio is a broken cable machine since I moved in in August. Access to Clubhouse is very unreliable which is detrimental because there is a printer there. Sometimes it is locked during the hours it is supposed to be open.

Apartments are nice, short walk to the law school, residents are quiet and respectful, and property is well managed and maintained. Office responds quickly and maintenance is same day during the work week.

Usually quiet and convenient location. Never had an issue until maintenance men were fired for breaking into apartments and stealing. So now I have cameras.

Quiet apartments are pretty small but you get a parking spot and a balcony most parking spot are tight fit

755 has been great - the property manager works on site and is very responsive to emails, same with maintenance (any maintenance issues I’ve had were all addressed the same day I sent in a request). It’s gated garage parking that is connected to the building, which is great to have when you live right downtown. Haven’t had any noise issues. There are quite a few law students who live here, and it’s been a great experience!

This is a convenient place for students with classes on north campus. The management and maintenance professionals are great people and very helpful. There are some older adults who live here and the student range trends older. There is a bare bones gym and 2 small temperature controlled swimming pools on the roof with a nice view of Athens. The downside is--at least living on the Broad St. side-- the noise from outside is predictably chaotic. There is at least one siren every night and lots of hooting and hollering as kids walk to and from the bars. Also, the rent is going up by over $100/month for next year, so it will be going from expensive to astronomical.
