Great Condo
This building is great; however, the management is constantly doing repairs or upgrades. It doesn't bother me at all, especially now that classes are in person. They make sure the building is running smoothly, so there is always something going on. This inconveniences some, but I would rather them keep their maintenance schedule as it is than have to call to have things repaired.
It is possible to find all-inclusive rentals in this building and furnished units. Mine is unfurnished; however, it is possible. 12 minute walk to St. Andrew's station and only a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the bars on King West.
