Ok for the price
The maintenance is very good. Any issue I have is fixed promptly, including when I woke up at 630 to find my bathroom flooded. There is a pool and plenty of parking but the laundry facilities currently has 4-5 dryers down and the front gate has been broken for a few months. The pool is kept clean and well maintained and they have a grounds crew that comes in once a week to keep up with tidiness. Still the cheapest rent around even if they raise it. They also have helped me when my upstairs neighbor was being very noisy night after night. It also only takes me 10-12 minutes to get to campus, plus many shops are close by. Normally not a noisy neighborhood which is nice.
Downsides are limited storage and no gym.
