Overall, I really like living here

My experience has been very good, moved into a very clean and well kept apartment and building. My neighbors are very quiet and seem to be either young professionals, have kids, or retired. Walls seem sufficiently thick. Overall a very quiet place. Management is very professional and there is lots of communication to tenants. When something breaks or there is a problem, management is very responsive and has a maintenance team that usually fixes things within a few days or less. Office is usually staffed ~7 days a week so getting ahold of someone is easy. Leasing agreement seems reasonable. Great amenities like pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and espresso/tea is available when the leasing office is open. Having my own washer/dryer/ dishwasher is definitely a plus. In my opinion, the apartments are spacious. Apartments have a balcony/patio which is nice if you're not on the first floor. Apartment complex is a short walk to the bus stop. Some cons are there is almost no guest parking but they give you an additional parking pass for guests (They tow if you dont have a pass). Leasing office doesn't really allow parcel deliveries to your door , but they have a digital mailbox for small to medium packages that you can access 24/7. Apartment is a short drive to campus or to grocery stores, but its too far out of the way to walk anywhere. Plus, walks outside of the apartment gates can be a little sketchy, especially at night. There is limited natural light but its not a deal breaker for me. They also charge additional fees and require you to register pets if you have any. Pool/jacuzzi also closes at 10pm and is usually enforced. Overall it is a really good place to live, if you want peace and if you can afford it.

Nice management, clubhouse, and living space

The management is the nicest, fastest responding team I've ever experienced. I've had maintenance issues but they get them resolved immediately. I like the LuxerOne package system. I like the free coffee/tea, and the computer lab services they provide. I wish the gate was working all the time, so that I'd feel safer. The biggest downside is the lack of parking for guests. People who can't park in the few spots available get towed and guests normally spend up to half an hour trying to find parking.

Tolerable commuter apartments

Apartment is near to campus, but area is not safe for pedestrians or bikers. Units and amenities are nice but not especially high quality. Appliances frequently break down and management takes some time to repair/ replace. Natural light to my unit is very limited. The view over Reno is quite nice but hampered by the buildings and exterior fence. So far no issues with neighbors or pests. Parking is available but limited to two passes (including one covered space) per unit. Visiter parking is non-existant.
